How It Works
We can place your property in your local MLS, where Realtors look for homes to sell. You pay not 6%, but only 3% to a selling agent. Sell yourself to an "unrepresented" buyer, and pay NO commission at all.
We make it very simple---You save us time by filling out the required MLS forms---and furnish us the photos. We, in turn, save you anywhere from 3% or more in sales' agent commissions. Even the Department of Justice agrees.
