To Start the Listing Process:

Please click on the Showing Instructions form below, fill out and sign. This is a document by EchoSign, similar to the ones that you will fill out and sign in  the Document Library.

1.    Showing Instructions Form

**If there is more than one owner, you will need to furnish a separate email address for each owner. (If they don't have one, they can create one easily and quickly at gmail sign up.

2. Email all photos (max. 9 jpeg only) to: stevelong@directflatfee.com  The MLS will not accept a listing without the front photo of the property. 

I will be setting up your RELAY account, where you will have  24/7 access to all your files, add or download important documents, or contact me with questions through the "NOTES" area, all in a secure portal. 

You will receive an invite to join RELAY, where you will set up your own LOGIN/PASSWORD combination. This should be done as soon as possible.

3. You may download the Utility Information sheet + Ansi Method for your own use:

 4. Go to the Document Library,  fill out and sign the documents required for your listing.  If there is more than one owner, the docs will be re-sent to their email address for their signature.

Exclusive Agency Contract (for the $495 plan)

Exclusive Right to Sell Contract (for the $495 Plus Plan)

Sellers' Disclosure (state required document)

Consumer Guide + Data Sheets (state required documents)

Lead Base Paint Disclosure (State required document for homes built prior to 1978)

After I receive all the signed documents and photos, I will make arrangements for the delivery of your sign + lock box.
