$495.00 – due at signing

- No listing commission – save 3%*
- If you sell--pay NO commission.
- Agree to pay a commission to an agent who brings you an acceptable contract – (usually 2.5%-3%)
- You stay in charge, but you have access to an experienced Broker/Realtor.
